E-Statements

By opting into E-Statements via Space Age's Internet Banking, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions below and authorizing Space Age Credit Union to deliver statements of your Space Age CU account(s) by electronic means. You understand and agree that by requesting electronic delivery, you will NOT receive statements in paper form delivered by regular United States Postal Service mail. You agree that electronic delivery will satisfy Space Age CU's requirement to provide you a periodic statement of your account(s).

Disclosures

1. You have the right to receive this disclosure in paper form. To receive a paper disclosure, please contact us by telephone, e-mail, or mail.
2. The consent you are providing is for electronic delivery of:
   A. Your monthly Space Age Credit Union account statement(s),
   B. Quarterly Space Age Credit Union account statement(s), and
   C. Year-end Space Age Credit Union account statement(s).
   
3. The consent you are providing is for electronic delivery of notices that Space Age Credit Union is required to provide you under applicable Federal and State statues and their implementing regulations, as amended from time to time, included but not limited to:
   
   Truth in Lending Act
   Truth in Savings Act
   Fair Credit Reporting Act
   Electronic Funds Transfer Act
   Home Mortgage Disclosure Act
   Fair Housing Act
   Equal Credit Consumer Lending Act
   Federal Credit Union Act
   NCUA Rules and Regulations
   Privacy of Consumer Financial Information
   Funds Availability Act
   Change in Terms Notices
   
   Other Federal and State laws and regulations may be enacted or amended in the future to provide for electronic delivery of account statements and notices. Your election also authorizes us, at our discretion, to provide electronic delivery of such statements and notices pursuant to these laws after they become effective.
4. You have the right, at any time and without charge to withdraw this consent for electronic delivery of your account statement(s) and again receive them by mail. You may withdraw your consent by electronic mail from your e-mail address of record with Space Age Credit Union or by written and signed request.
5. Even though you have requested electronic delivery of your statement(s), you may obtain a paper copy of your account statement(s) by contacting Space Age Credit Union by telephone, e-mail, or mail. Fees may apply, refer to the Space Age's Fee Schedule.
6. The software requirements you must meet in order to view your account statement(s) electronically are Internet Explorer or Netscape. Your statement is a PDF file, so you will also need Adobe Acrobat Reader, click here to download the latest FREE version.
7. Communications between Space Age Credit Union and You: Unless this Agreement states otherwise, you can communicate with Space Age in any one of the following ways:

Space Age Credit Union Request and Agreement for Electronic Delivery of Statements

This is a request to have the statements of your account(s) with Space Age Credit Union delivered to you electronically in accordance with the above consent.

1. On or shortly following the first day of each month, you will receive an e-mail message that your statement is available.
2. To open and view your E-Statement, you must login to Internet Banking.
3. It is your responsibility to notify Space Age Credit Union by written notice anytime you should have a change in your e-mail address, or if you wish to remove any account from electronic delivery. In the case that Space Age Credit Union receives a returned E-Statement Notification, delivery of your E-Statement will be canceled and you will receive your statement(s) through the United States Postal Service mail.
4. Statement notifications can be sent to only one e-mail address.
